Hi Everyone! I would like to officially invite you to join me for a weekend in beautiful Sedona, AZ for a time of healing, breathing, and community. This is an intentional women's only retreat where we will have a safe and sacred space to ourselves to really dive deep with each other and our healing work.
I am so excited to partner with The IvyBrand, which is a travel and adventure brand with intention to bring like-minded people together for community and deep connection and that is exactly the vision I have for our time together in Sedona.
Breathwork has been the one tool that has been the catalyst on my personal healing journey. It has been radically transformative for the health of my mind, my emotions and my body and I have seen this healing modality work wonders for many of my students and clients from around the world. For the last 2 years I have been committed to sharing the power of breathwork with as many people, and in as many ways as I can creatively think of and I am so honored to offer you this space to experience this practice with me!
Throughout our weekend together, you will learn about how breathwork is a holistic healer and experience this for yourself. We will be focusing on healing the mind of worry and stress, healing the emotions of negativity or weight and healing the body by naturally boosting the immune system and detoxing the body as well. I will be leading you through morning and evening breathwork sessions, and you will learn breathing techniques that will help you navigate some of life's toughest obstacles, and the best part is, once you learn these techniques, you will know how to use them for the rest of your life!
Along with breathwork sessions, we will also be incorporating time for community and connection, a cacao ceremony for setting intention and manifestation, time in sunshine and nature and The Ivy Brand will be leading us on a few adventures throughout the Sedona Vortex hiking areas!

What is breathwork?
Breathwork is an umbrella term for conscious, controlled breathing. It is a new term for an ancient technique. There are thousands of ways to practice breathwork and you will experience benefits with every method you choose. There is no bad way to practice conscious breathing. Breathwork is a simple and powerful ancient technique, used to rapidly alter your physical, mental and emotional state.
It’s an incredible tool to usher in transformation, it’s accessible to anyone, and is very simple to use. You can practice breathwork at any time, once you’ve learned the techniques.
Depending on which breathwork technique you practice, it can help you to deepen into relaxation, relieve stress, anxiety and depression, or feel more energized, alive, and focussed.
Just a short amount of breathwork practice each day can have a massive and lasting positive impact on your physical health, your mental state and your emotional wellbeing.These breathing techniques are not new. They utilize rejuvenated wisdom about breathing from ancient practices such as yoga. For example, pranayama, a traditional aspect of yoga, is composed of two sanskrit words. The first 'prana' means life-force, and the second, yama means 'control'. If we understand our breath in terms of life-force we see the connection between controlling our breath and controlling our life-force

This breathing method is done either lying down on your back or sitting up in a comfortable position. I will be guiding and motivating you to breathe in specific patterns and rhythms to help oxygenate the entire body to rejuvenate your body, mind, spirit and soul.
